  • I already have BackupNOW! 95/98. Will there be an upgrade to the NT/2000 version?

  • I'm unable to make a bootable CD, the program prompts me to insert a bootable 3.5" floppy disk. I then insert a bootable Windows 98 floppy disk and click the OK button. The program then comes back with an error: "an unnamed file could not be found" and the program then aborts the process.
  • I recently formatted my hard drive and/or upgraded my OS and I no longer have your program installed. I no longer have my license file and/or I need to download the software again. What do I need to do get my software loaded again?
